“Haven’t seen much massive imrovement”

“Average as I haven’t used it long enough. Have only been using it daily for leas than a month…not yet seeing results with my post acne scars but still willing to give it an honest good run and get to the end of the bottle before o can conclusively say whether it works or not. However, it goes add a glow to my face and has a good amount of actives yet is rather mild and tolerated well by my skin…no reactions so far. It does tingle a bit though and investing in a good sunscreen goes a long way.”

“Ich habe die Augencreme und die Tagescreme und benutze sie regelmäßig seit 3 Wochen. Leider habe ich keine Veränderung festgestellt. Dafür sind Produkte ziemlich teuer. Ich hatte wohl zu hohe Erwartungen.”

“De producten zijn supergoed Maar de verzending alsook de communicatie is heel slecht. Als ik jullie een mail stuur wordt er gewoonweg niet op gereageerd alsook de verzending duurt steeds erg lang. Moest ik deze producten ergens kunnen kopen, dan deed ik dat ook. Dus niet zo tevreden. Ook de korting die ik vroeg had ik niet gekregen omdat er geen reactie was op mijn mail. Mijn bestelling ook nog niet ontvangen!”

“I been using this serum for about 2 weeks, so far no results yet but I am hopeful. I’ve tried several different discoloration solutions and nothing has helped. Any advice on what I should do for better results. It’s been about 5 years without any success.”

“I really like the products but unfortunately the face wash pump is not working. Everything arrived in the Box not damaged.... maybe just the pressure of the traveling ?I don't know, but obviously it's really frustrating that the pump doesn't pump! Items with pump action tops to get the contents, should probably come with an extra pump top!”

Hi Amanda, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear about the issue with the pump. To unlock the pump, please twist the pump anti-clockwise (to the left) twice to activate it. Twist it clockwise (to the right) again to lock it. If it's still not working, please can you unscrew the pump entirely and screw it back on and try the above again? If this is still not working, please respond to the email from our customer service team so they can advise further. Many apologies for the inconvenience this is causing. Thanks Facetheory Team

Hi, We are so sorry to hear that. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient which is simply too potent for your skin. “Excellent customer service, fast and efficient. Not crazy about all the products though. Some formulations are not proper in my opinion. My skin had difficulties in absorbing them and I didn’t see any real benefit.”
