Chère Fatime, Merci pour votre avis. La crème hydratante quotidienne Glow-C SPF 30 est formulée pour être légère et non crayeuse. Les résidus blancs que vous pouvez rencontrer après l'application du produit peuvent être dus à plusieurs facteurs : * **Utilisation excessive de produit :** L'application d'une quantité excessive de crème hydratante peut empêcher celle-ci d'être complètement absorbée par la peau. Essayez d'en utiliser une plus petite quantité. * **Application incorrecte :** Ne pas frotter le produit doucement et soigneusement peut également laisser une trace blanche. * **Superposition de produits :** L'application de produits trop proches les uns des autres sans laisser sécher chaque couche peut entraîner la formation d'un mélange blanc crémeux. Veuillez attendre que chaque produit sèche avant d'appliquer la couche suivante. Nous espérons que ces conseils vous aideront. Facetheory Team

“The products are gorgeous and have made my 45 year old skin glow. I have had so many compliments about how well I look since I started using them, probably four years ago now. The only drawback is the redesigned packaging, especially the tubes for the moisturisers. I have hand and wrist issues and find it difficult to squeeze out the product when it gets near the end. I struggle to roll up the metal tube and have to force it up from underneath the neck of the tube, which usually results in an explosion of wasted product. Either that, or I have to leave product in the tube and throw it away. It’s almost impossible to get the amount I need out of the tube, and if I squeeze a bit too much, it’s wasted. So either way you cut it, I’m wasting a lot of product now. I know there are supposed to be sustainability reasons for this, but it’s just a shame. I am going to experiment with decanting my tubes into glass jars. I also miss the old colour coded labels too, so much easier to select at a glance both from the website and from your shelf. This won’t annoy everyone, but it’s my experience.”

The yellow hue in our Retinal Supreme MultiCream comes from retinaldehyde, a key active ingredient; the higher the strength of the retinal, the more yellow the formula. This can cause a temporary yellow tone on the face or potentially transfer to bedding, pillows, or pyjamas. Please see the FAQ section on the product page for more information. Here are some suggestions to minimize the risk of color transfer: - Allow the product to dry completely before going to bed. - Consider applying a moisturizer on top to help seal it in. Some find that using a darker-colored or patterned silk pillowcase can also offer protection against potential stains. Also, waiting 20 to 30 minutes after applying retinol before lying down on your silk pillowcase will allow the product to fully absorb into your skin and reduce the likelihood of any transfer onto the pillowcase. “I absolutely love this product been using it for years and it’s the only product I want to use, however only negative for me is I don’t like the new packaging. Preferred it when it came in a jar, more accessible, able to use full content. I just don’t understand why they changed it if I am honest. I also use other products from this company.”

“My latest purchase was for myself and my 14 year old Granddaughter, after using your products for a while and feeling very impressed with them I bought a Glow- C Vitamin C cream cleanser for myself and my granddaughter she really liked it felt it had made her skin look and feel so good.
