“Skin colour- dark Skin type - combination I used the amil c whip, regena c and the clarifying cleanser - it broke me out, made my hyperpigmentation worse and now I'm trying to recover from it all. I did want to try the tranexamic acid but I think ill pass”

“Initially I loved the product until a month in my skin started to burn so I stopped using all the products to find out the cause. My doctor had to prescribe me a cream to tackle the issue which was found to be the moisturiser. The serum and cleanser were lovely but the moisturiser didn’t agree with my skin at all.”

Hi, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. Each formulation we create is assessed by an external safety assessor who is a pharmacologist and considers all safety criteria and declares if it is a safe formula or not and each ingredient we use in our products is recognised as safe and is licensed as cosmetics within the EU. “It’s very difficult to leave a review like that. I guess my skin just didn’t adapt to the products, because I know some of my friends got very good results with it. It just didn’t work for me :(”

“Les produits ne sont pas désagréables à utiliser cependant je n'ai observé aucun changement sur ma peau ! Malheureusement le produit au rétinol ne contient pas de rétinol mais des esters de rétinol qui n'ont pas du tout le même effet que le rétinol ! Je suis assez décue.”

Les esters de rétinol sont doux pour la peau tout en restant efficaces. Dans la peau, il est converti en rétinol puis en acide rétinoïque, la forme de vitamine A dans les médicaments contre l'acné sur ordonnance Retin-A et Accutane. Notre Regenacalm Pro contient du rétinol pur. “over hyped, none of the products are upto mark. vitamin c moisturizer stays on skin, does not absorb and piles up Vitamin C - cleanser is OK, did not see any major benefit but it does cleanse skin and do not make it dry”
