“Had my lights for 5 years, and it became harder to source replacement bulbs for the increasingly old-fashioned wiring. Turns out Cable & Cotton do replacement wiring! My fairy lights are now good as new.”

“The replacement LED lights sadly emit a really cold, blue hue and are very, very far from the warm traditional light string they replaced. Had hoped the dimmer switch would help. The switch works great but will unfortunately not help with the coldness of the LED lights. My cotton balls are white and light grey, might be ok if you have warmer coloured balls. Also, was sent a extension cable instead of the dimmer switch ordered. Completely understand orders can sometimes be incorrect and my e-mail was promptly answered with assurance of the correct item being sent via express delivery. However, not so much express as it took 4 days to arrive via courier.”

“Easy to assemble. Bright. I chose the wrong colours. And too many. I would prefer slightly less bright lights, but that’s a personal choice. And I would prefer them to be more spaced out. Again a personal choice. So my daughter is taking to uni and I’ll have a re think!!”

“I bought my my lights over 10 years ago and I love them they are on every evening. In the last few months some of the bulbs went I've been looking everywhere for them and found them on Cable and Cotton. I bought enough to change all of them and they look great again. Came really quick no problems. Would really recommend their lighting really good quality.”
