My elderly mother was fed up with looking at a frumpy dark old fireplace. We strung a selection of your lights across it - in colours chosen to match other things in her room - and it is transformed! Cheerful and uplifting. She's delighted.

Easy to use site with quick delivery and great product. Lights have been going strong in my daughter’s room for 3 years so bought some as a gift for a friend’s nursery. Responsive customer service by email (though would be handy to have a phone option too).

Love my lights, would have been a 5 but they took 2 weeks to arrive which was disappointing as it says 3 to 5 working days. However great product!

The product quality is great , the delivery time could be improved. On two occasions I’ve had to enquire about our order. We were informed that demand and supply was a factor and snow! Not a problem, perhaps a more timely email in advance explaining the delay would appease customers. Thank you

Beautiful high quality string lights. They look absolutely beautiful in the day and also in the evening when they are turned on. Really surprised at how much light they give out. Would recommend to anyone!

Oh dear, had to wait much longer than expected for a replacement string of bulbs. I appreciate that you had a sale on but maybe there should have been additional stock to cope with the demand? However,I've not had this problem with you guys before, so maybe it was a "one off". Sadly they didb't arrive in time for our dinner party as we had already ditched the old non-led string after xmas.

The colours are perfect. This is my second set and they are much improved from the last set as they are now LED and have a switch on! Very happy.

Absolutely adore my lights! They are for on my Christmas tree so they’ve had to go into the loft for a little while, can’t wait to hang them on the tree. The colour I chose were out of stock but I was kept updated throughout and given the option of an alternative if I couldn’t wait. I happily waited and I’m glad I did. Can’t wait to buy more in the future!

I've had a string set of lights previously that I purchased at a local shop, I love them and have hung them in my kitchen window permanently on. My new lights are the LED ones and are even better, Although I have the Christmas ones I've assembled them and put them out in my lounge. Every day is Christmas!! Thank you.

I ordered lights. A week later no lights. I contacted c&c and was told they are out of stock and they were waiting on more being delivered. I decided to cancel my order as I was not informed that I would need to wait. I was told no problem your order is cancelled. Not any concern or asking why. I asked for a managers number and recieved an email address. A few days later I received the cancelled lights. The cancelled order and my complaint was ignored. I paid for something that I didn’t want in the end. Customer service is appalling. I’ve purchased 2 sets of lights from c&c and twice I’ve been disappointed with the customer service. It’s sad as the lights are beautiful.

Dear Anon, Thank you for your post; we are so sorry you are so unhappy with the service you have received. we also apologise for the delay in fulfilling your order and that you were not notified until you contacted us. Your email requesting the cancellation of your order (and a refund) explained why you wanted one (you were unhappy with the service) so we cancelled your order and refunded you as requested because this is what you asked for. You also asked for an email or phone-number for management so we gave you an email address - as we do not give out staff mobile phone-numbers. The warehouse has obviously fulfilled the order anyway (despite our cancellation request to them) but please be assured that you have received a set of lights that you have not paid for. Changed a few colours in an existing set of lights, to match the rest of the room. High quality replacement colour balls. Great value & highly recommended.
