“I love everything about Cable and Cotton. I have bought quite a few sets from them and they are brilliant. Their lights are so lovely and the website and choice of colours are fantastic. Brilliant customer service too. This lovely company bends over backwards to put any issue right. I had a problem with my some of my lights not working and Alexis immediately responded and sent a replacement the next day. I wish all companies were as good as this one. You really feel valued and appreciated. I recommend them to everyone as I am always so delighted. In a nutshell: Fabulous quality and exceptional customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my lights. If you buy from this company I can assure you that you won't be disappointed in any way. Thank you!”

“I have seen these at a friends home and been envious of how pretty they are. I have now taken the plunge and have purchased two sets within 10 days for my lounge and bedroom. They are so pretty and have transformed the rooms. Excellent delivery within 2 days of ordering on both occasions. I will definitely be back to purchase more as gifts”

“Product wasn’t delivered, despite being promised and tracking having it as en route. Customer service response was to ask for my address via email. Can’t review the actual product as, 2 weeks later this is still unresolved.”

Hi Gemma, I am so sorry you are so unhappy with our service. I have just looked into this and I can see that your original email to us you did not send to us but to DPD. The parcel was returned to us and when we asked DPD about this it was because you had actually entered an incorrect address. The only solution was to ask for your correct address so we could get the parcel re-sent to you. We were sending it back out to you at our expense and ready to do this the same day. You have only sent us your correct address last night. Our customer service emails are encrypted so there are not breaches in GDRP. Again I really am sorry you have been so unsatisfied by our service. We are a small family run business and every review good or back makes a difference to us. Kind Regards Tash (Mrs Cable & Cotton)

“Just stunning. You don’t get the full impression from the online pictures... we ordered pink, ochre (yellow), grey and silver for our daughters’ bedroom, along with a dimmer switch. Because they are hung against a wall, the light escapes through the small holes between the cotton and looks like someone’s shining a light off a diamond onto the wall. I often put them on a low setting in the evening after their bath so that it’s calm and cosy when they come in to get ready for bed. Cannot rate these highly enough. We nearly passed on them to save money, but they are the best feature of the room and tie the colour scheme together so well (one daughter loves pink, the other loves yellow). So glad we found these! They also arrived next day after ordering them the evening before. Packaged well with helpful video online of how to put them together - one of those companies that knows how to do business well.”

“We got the aztec lights and they are so so cool! Great build quality compared to any alternative we could find. Love hearing about the ethical nature of the business too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will buy again!!!”
