“I have loved my string of Cable and Cotton balls - now quite elderly several bulbs had failed and I had to replace with LED string. I phoned to discuss my options and you couldn't have been more helpful. New bulbs on order for old string and I will now be sending order for new cottons balls. What a pleasure,”
