Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. Just to let you know that until recently our spare bulb packs cost £2.95 and the post also cost £2.95. The warehouse then raised their charge for p&p by £1 so we decreased the cost of the bulbs (at our expense) to compensate. I hope this goes some way to explaining the disproportionate cost of bulbs to p&p. Yours sincerely, Kate

“Great product, well thought out and good quality. Not entirely convinced by the video showing assembly. Looked a bit like "the Chairman's daughter" with maybe not quite a full commitment to explaining the knack of installing the LED? Happy Christmas!”

“So adorable switched on and off! I bought these for my daughters room. Loved that we could pick our own combination of colours. I had some help from the VERY lovely Kate that I emailed who gave me some advise before I bought them. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to buy some more for me! Thank you again 💓”

“We have ordered our string lights from cable and cotton since 2016. They are always used regardless of season. The service is excellent. An issue was quickly addressed even when an item I ordered did not arrive. It would be nice for cable and cotton to send me a string of 35 LED lights as a spare filament set I bought does not work when I tried to use it.”
