“Love my lights...I already have fab colourful lights in my living room so got some more subtle ones for my bleak new office!”

“Product is absolutely beautiful and excellent quality. There were a few delays however communication was good and staff very helpful in making sure they got to us in time for the birthday party! Would definitely use again 😀”

“I had a set given to me at Christmas and loved them and so ordered another - this time choosing my own colours. I felt that one of the colours was too bright and so queried whether they were correct. This was dealt with immediately and, after sending in a photo, it was agreed and a replacement sent out for the 4 incorrect balls straight away. Absolutely brilliant customer service and very well made lights. These really are so much better than some of the cheaper ones I have had in the past. I would highly recommend this company and will be back for more!!!”

“We have used Cable & Cotton a few times - twice in the same week this month! We love the company but to be told on both occasions that there is a delay after purchasing items is bad! Why not make it plain on the website that there are delays, instead of sending an email after the order is placed!? This gives the purchaser an option to go elsewhere if items are needed quickly :(”
