Having had my own business, it is very important to let customers know what is happening if there is a situation with an order. Had I not mailed I would be wondering if my order was ever going to arrive at all. The good bit was that Kate replied promptly telling me about what was going on and reassuring me that my order would arrive soon. After all this is the busy time!

Love my festive garland. I chose silver, gold and green and it looks fab on my mantle piece. I've also ordered a second set for after Christmas, as they really give the living room a cosy feel.

Hi Ann Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you're not completely happy with your new LED Cable & Cotton lights. We designed the LED lights ourselves specifically for our cotton ball mini lampshades rather than buy off-the-peg LED lights. In so doing, we actually colour balanced the LED light temperature as close to the original incandescent lights as possible. i.e. more yellow than bright white. This was laboratory tested. My apologies if there is a perceived difference between our old lights and our new LED lights. We have switched completely to our new LED lights and, whilst we are selling spares for our older incandescent lights, we are not selling them as strings. My apologies again if you are not completely satisfied with the Cable & Cotton LED lights. If you would like to return the light set for a full refund please email Kate at hello@cableandcotton.com and she will arrange this for you. Many thanks and best regards - Anthony

Prompt and helpful response to an enquiry and likewise prompt despatcha and receipt of an order. I love my new lights - I changed out some colours to match new decor and needed an led light string as old bulbs had died! Thank you.

I ordered from you a couple of years ago but decided I wanted the new led lights when I was changing my girls rooms around. The only thing I’m disappointed in is I ordered the day before Black Friday not knowing there would be a sale. I commented that I had done this on one of your Facebook posts and did not get a reply. It was a big order as well. So discount would of been appreciated.
