“I really love my lights and thing they look really nice when I have put them. I love how the lights are quite yellow rather that being white lights. My only criticism is that they were quite hard to essmble and I had trouble with the website/ using a gift voucher.”

Hi Helen, I am sorry you have had a bad experience with our lights. We value every customer and want to ensure that they are delighted with our products. You're experience is quite unusual, although I appreciate this doesn't help you in your situation. I notice that you've bought from us on a few occasions since the summer. Heck Gareth, this won't do at all. Most irregular. Did you bring this up with Kate (hello@cableandcotton.com)? I can see you subsequently ordered another plug. Please get in touch with Kate and she will refund you the cost of the plugs and the postage you paid. Really sorry this happened. This one goes in the 'must try harder' pile. All the best - Anthony
