“Excellent service, quick and easy to choose and order online and very fast delivery. Had a problem with the string of bulbs, one phone call to an extremely helpful and happy member of staff and bobs your uncle- a new string of bulbs arrived for me in the next post. Brilliant!”

“Love my lights so much! Beautiful colours to chose from and I love the fact you can mix and match so you can purchase ones that fit exactly to your needs. They look perfect in my room and I’ve had a number of compliments on them”

“I like the lights, but I deliberately ordered LED lights through the website when I received the 'back in stock' email and the ones I received are not LEDs. I did not know this until a friend bought some and I realised the difference. I'm not sure why this happened.”

Dear Kate, Thank you for your email. I am really sorry you received the filament bulb cable and not the LED cable. I can see from your order number that you ordered a set which may account for why the wrong cable was sent out at the time. I will of course send you out a 35 LED cable from the shop if you would like me to? You can then replace the cotton balls into the new cable. “I've normally bought your lights by visiting your shop in Brighton but I wasn't able to do that this time hence ordering online. It's fun seeing the lights chosen on screen and obviously a very useful way to make sure the right colours are picked.”
