Dear Jimmy, thanks for the review however you ordered BS676, these have an inside diameter of 221.62mm, we do offer 62mm bore o rings but you need to know what the section size is we offer 1.5mm, 2.5mm or 3mm Regards BKL Team

“Bearing King's policy of not refunding original cost of postage which is charged to customer is poor. While it was my mistake to order the wrong bearing, I am being charged both original postage as well as return postage. I will not be purchasing from this company in future.”

“I am surpised that you requested a review from me, since I never received the product that I ordered from Bearing King. I ordered a drive belt that was shown on their website/shop and it took some days for Bearing King to admit that they were advertising a product that they didn't actually have! After I received that admission, I checked their site again and the missing item was STILL being shown as available. Is this fraudulent or just incompetant performance?”

“Ordered online with 'in stock' tag line but am still waiting for delivery. Left answerphone message and sent email requesting expected despatch date but no reply!! On the plus side managed to speak with someone on the phone (a real plus in this day and age) who told me that their stock should be replenished soon. Answers below are guesses!!”

“O-rings were exactly what I wanted, but having ordered shortly after 1500 I was disappointed that the order was not shipped for 7 days, and arrived a further 3 days later. So "no more waiting with our fast, efficient turnaround on deliveries" is a myth.”

“I ordered 5 drive belts on Wednesday 18th of May. I was really happy with the individual price which is why I ordered 5. The postage states Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. I ordered them on Wednesday so hoping that with 48 hour delivery I would have them by Saturday at the latest. Unfortunately, looking on the account they were not even despatched by Friday. In order to get my lawns mowed at the weekend I had to pay Amazon prices on Prime to get 1 delivered. Mine eventually turned up on Wednesday 25th May, 1 whole week after I ordered from Bearing King. Great product, great price but poor despatch. Very dissapointing!!!@@”
