“After a few weeks of waiting for my initial order I made contact to let them know I hadn’t received it. Because of the covid pandemic it was agreed to wait a little longer. After 5 weeks it still wasn’t here so I made contact again. And a replacement order was sent and received within 2 days. Well chuffed. Thanks.”
