“Placed order on 10 September 7.30am. Order processed and dispatched only 13 Sep Friday! And it said on site if orders placed before 4.00pm it will be processed same day. And now, week later after order has been placed, I haven’t received any notification on dispatch or when item due to be delivered. Poor show guys! It shouldn’t take 3 days to process order.”

“I only use Bearing Kings product in my 3 bikes because they work beautifully, quietly and to date I’ve never managed to wear one out. I commute in all weathers about 2000 miles a year. They are also well packaged and deliver quickly.”
