“The order delivered soon but some of the ball barrings did not have a proper package and was just wrapped in nylon.”

“Check your bearings are in stock before ordering and don’t be misled by the 48 hour tracked delivery. To be fair the parts were shipped by 24hr delivery once they’d arrived in stock and the urgency had been pointed out. Not ideal communication from a critical parts supplier though.”

“Service was good, kept informed of delivery. However the bearings can in a plastic bag that had numerous small pieces of paper packaging on had to air dust them. When I loaded my pachinko machine up it kept jamming. This was due to 11 of the bearings being 1mm larger.”

“Bearings were fine however delivery took over a week. Could have been Bearing King or Post Office. They arrived ok just later than expected. I buy bearings online quite often and 2 - 3 days is about average for other suppliers.”

“The product did not match the photo on your website, I needed a greasable pressed steel housing as per your photo, but I received a non greasable housing, I need to get in touch after the bank holiday, when you are in the office”

“Good product, ok pricing, let down by not keeping to there promise to dispatch next day.If you say you are going to dispatch next day, then you should do so if I had not rung to chase it who knows when it would be sent.I will not be using them again”

“I placed the order via the website and received a confirmation email detailing the method of delivery, then heard nothing for a week. When I called I was told the website order had not passed through to the stock system and the oder had not been actioned. The guy on the phone sorted the problem and I received the bearings in a couple of days.”

“Normally I use simply bearings for my supplies but they did not have the size in stock I wanted So I tried you the service was just fine but you should offer first class postage it’s much faster for the Scottish highlands it was a urgent order and took longer than I anticipated simply bearings are very fast to get order out normally the next day for me up here if you could match that for service I might consider swapping supplier”

“Ordered two different Oil Lip Seals which shown in stock online, 4 days passed and order was still awaiting completion. Emailed to find out 1 of the seals was not in stock and was due several days later. Was offered an alternative which was OK. Should not have needed to contact them to find out it would have been well over a week waiting on the others to come into stock. Work machine was down longer than it needed to be due to this. Communication was pretty bad. I'll avoid and go elsewhere in the future.”
