“I rang Bearing King to enquire about the part number I had on my failed drive belt, Jess confirmed what I needed to do and I managed to order the wrong one on line. Got a mail from the company, questioning my order to prevent me receiving the wrong belt. Brilliant customer service.”

“Well at the moment I have not received the products I am waiting, my only problem so far is that I asked by mail several times to attach my VAT number, because the initial invoice they sent me does not work for me, and I have not had a response yet. Very bad customer service.”
