“Service and quality of materials are very good but the one deficiency which is really annoying when working on several collections is that deliveries do not come with a delivery note stating what has been ordered. Also the items are not labelled or even numbered. This should be very easy for your warehouse, despatchers to include using printed labels.”

We no longer send out paper despatch notes as standard to help reduce waste and unnecessary environmental impact. We do however always send an order confirmation email with all orders and upon request we will send out a paper invoice. Your comment about labelling has been passed to our team and we will look into making any possible changes.
