“I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I phoned and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, she sent me an email telling me what to do for a straight exchange for the correct size. I returned the wrong size on the Monday and received the correct size on the Wednesday. I am extremely impressed with the service and will definitely use them again.”
