“I recently used Anthony Hodari Solicitors for a housing disrepair claim and was generally satisfied with the level of service they provided. The team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the process, which made navigating the claim much less stressful. However, I do feel there is room for improvement in how cases are finalised. In my opinion, all disrepair issues should be thoroughly resolved before signing off on the case. If some issues remain outstanding, there should be a clear and proactive follow-up process to ensure these are addressed promptly. While the service overall was commendable, ensuring complete resolution before closing a case would elevate the client experience and provide greater peace of mind. Thank you to the Anthony Hodari team for their hard work, and I hope they consider this feedback for the future.”
