“Hello I am very please that you kindly took my case on very much appreciated for doing that for me Iknow you sorted my case out the only issue I have is the fact I agreed to the settlement but if had know about the issue with the work that got to be done now I wouldn't agreed to accept the money which I find L&Q have got off quite light plus I was still paying full rent even thou I was in my property which is not fair so I am not happy”
