I wasn't getting anywhere with my landlord but when Antony stepped in and took charge, things changed. Not only dose my landlord have to do the works but I also got some compensation which was nice. I have already received my compensation, but the work has not been done as my down stairs neighbour is making it difficult to gain access to the back of the house.
