“Antony Hodari Solicitors did a great job bringing a succesful a disrepair claim that led to compensation and a suitable housing arrangement for myself with my landlord and did so on a 'no win, no fee' basis. I just had to give details of the situation and they took care of everything else including sending surveyors and creating a claim and securing hotel accommodation paid for by the landlord whilst the repair issues were dealt with. Before getting this help I was stuck living in a dire situation that led to a terrible decline in my health. Now I have a new home and some hope after being treated terribly, forced to live in terrible and unbearable living conditions. This was due to the neglect of the landlord who is a local council. After a previous ordeal where the landlord had removed a radiator and a kitchen floor and then failed to rectify it for over 7 years somebody recommended getting no win no fee assistance. Antony hodari helped me out of this situation with their legal expertise, getting the landlord to rehouse me and compensate me following a rodent infestation and a build up of mould on interior walls. I highly recommend them. They were friendly and very professional throughout the process, doing the work themselves and just asking for a few details over the phone and arranging a professional surveyor to look at the issues. The outcome we got at the end of it all was beyond my expectations. When it came to housing law they really knew their stuff citing previous cases to support our case and bringing a successful claim for myself. I don't hesitate to give them 5 stars.”
