“My sincere gratitude to my Assessor, he was supportive; although it was not easy at the begining, so many refer but my Assessor put me through from his assessment feedback that made me to understand the patterns of answering knowledge tasks especially the ones that require in-depth answers, referencing and bibliography. For example Analysis questions that requires strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages, benefits etc. The study materials was also helpful but more of a key point or guide. The whole Team are really supportive, they reply my mail on time. Weaknesses: my5starcourses.com should improve in unit assessment timing. They was delay in feedback after submitting a unit, it takes over two weeks to assess my work. Finally, I will recommend my professional colleagues and friends to improve their carriers by joining My5tarcourses as course provider. Thanks.”

I was able to discover new aspects regarding teaching including aspects of the law, theories regarding teaching as well as the wider aspects relating to schools such as internal and external stakeholders. “Everything is good from the start. There are some very good features in the website like grades summary at a single screen. The ticket system is what I like the most. You are quite quick in your response. You may like to add some more teaching material. Over, I have no issues in giving it 5 stars.”

“I have enjoyed completing the Level 5 Diploma in Education and I would recommend it to anyone for a step towards QTS/QTLS. “This is the first time i have done an online course with 5* and got to say Hannah, Jae, Christine and Ade were outstanding. They were very patient and extremely supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and they took time to explain clearly what i needed to do. There were times i felt frustrated as learning now is very different to when i was at school, also doesn't help that i am also quite a technophobe, however, they all had empathy and talked me through it, step by step. I would have no hesitation recommending 5starcourses. Thank you to everyone i have mentioned.”

“Elizabeth, my tutor was always just a phone call away . Due to covid my course took longer, as observations couldn’t be conducted. I was granted an extension. Unfortunately, this was exhausted before my observations were completed. Therefore I had to pay additional monthly fees. Overall, a very good course which I would recommend”
