“Easy to navigate platform, with all the necessary resources and benefit of being able to study at your own pace. Well structured and meaningful feedback from tutors.”

“Things change and events can lead to providers not meeting their own high standards but its what they do when things go wrong that matters. The course I started did not get of to a great start due to assessors leaving then another getting ill. However, the support I got from the team was very professional. I had the option to continue and I am confident that they would have supported me through the course, but circumstances led me to find alternative arrangements receive a full refund. Fantastic customer support and company ethics.”

“I have to say each time I contacted the support desk everyone I spoke to was really helpful and I felt they cared about my query. On times my stress levels were up to the point I thought I cant do this, but with their expertise of explaining and coaching me through, I was able to have the confidence and complete the course, which I am so grateful for. “I'm really happy with my decision to go with 5 star courses. The information they provide (PowerPoints, worksheets etc) were excellent and meant I could complete the course by myself. They quickly mark and return work and all the staff members and friendly. If I had any questions I could easily make a phone call and get my answer usually within the day. It was a bargain compared to other companies. The customer service is great and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to complete a course in their own time.”

“The course was easy enough to navigate and generally provided a good platform to work through the necessary learning stages . On occasions the marking was slow but understandable during the pandemic . I might have benefited from more verbal interaction with tutors but ultimately I was able to source and understand everything that I needed . Whilst the course was a good vehicle for completing the qualification I do think that nothing can substitute actually sitting in a class with a tutor .”

“The support from the Assessors was spot on. Very quick to correct assignments and they always gave very clear feedback on work submitted and any other guidance I requested. They were especially flexible with the time I needed to take the course, which was much appreciated. It was good to have learning materials to aid with the coursework, especially the samples of observation forms. All in all, very satisfied with the course.”

“Great course, helpful tutors and simple platform to use. I really enjoyed completing the units and found it quite easy. Some of the criteria was a little repetitive, combining the criteria would solve this. Also an email contact would be helpful as I couldn’t always call the helpline.”
