“The services received have been good with lots of literature. I do however feel the costs of services could be better. At times I have felt the process of choosing the right financial product has been rushed. There has sometimes been a quick chat about two products then a steer toward one. I would welcome a more through look at say five or more differing products. Having said this I would recommend this local business for its financial services.”

“If you require advice, Russell Vaughan is the best person to give it to you. He will explain in clear plain engilsh that you can understand unlike other IFA's just wanting your business. The after service given is always there if you need it, he goes over & above his role.”

“Customer review got a bit lost last year ,ended up 15 months between meetings ,considering how much I'm paying each year it made me think that my business perhaps wasn't important to Wren Stirling.My business has remained with the same account for 33 years ,sold between service providers with little or no benefit to customers ,the price of " good will " I think its called. Very little good will to the actual customer though.”

“Paul arrived on time. He was welcoming and pleasant. He introduced himself properly and asked appropriate question of my wife and I to build his awareness of our needs. He responded well to direct questions. Together we drew up a short and medium term plan and the meeting finished on time (ish) Overall, a very satisfactory first meeting.”

Clive always delivers his advice in a clear, understandable way and we are very comfortable and confident going forward.
