“Ususally good quality, but this time the cover print has cracked within 4 weeks of use.”

“So the cases are good buttttttt service isn't and dispatchvery slow ...had to order 2nd case as got wrong size and even though it wasn't printed yet they couldn't cancel it but granted its mostly my fault so that's that....however you pat for first class and while it may be fast dilivery it's very very slow dispatch now on day 5 and still not sent off ! That's alot of money for a very slow service!”

“Design not as ordered. Ordered Black and it’s more silver. DHL lost my package. Sent THREE emails to Wrappz support to try find it, absolutely no reply or help. Had to go to 3 different DHL places to try find it. Altogether a Bad experience”

“Placed an order in around october 2022 and didn’t receive until June 2023. Slightly disappointed how nothing was said during that time of my order. I had to email several times for this to be sent out. The case was lovely.”

“The cover is great quality. I went for the tough case. The problem wa it cost €16 which was fine but then postage was €8 - which is half the product price which seemed high but I was willing to pay for it because I was getting a personalised case. It was supposed to arrive by the 9th of February it got stuck in customs. I then had to pay €10 ! The postage of this case cost more than the product itself which is absolutely ridiculous. It didn't arrive until today the 20th of Feb. If you don't live in the UK DO NOT BUY. Brexit has cost massive custom charges. Its such a shame as the product itself looks great. The company should highlight the custom charges or reduce its postage charges. €8 for a phone case is crazy.”

“Item took ages to arrive. Hard case for an iPhone 7 - print quality ok, holes for buttons (volume etc) not central and no too or bottom protection.”

“Although the product arrives and looks immaculate, the quality is poor. It doesn't take long for the design to wear off. I don't think the image will last until Christmas to be honest. It's disgraceful, especially for the price you pay. They should consider putting som sort of protective layer over your printed image.”
