“I purchased a MacBook Pro custom case with my logo on it, and when I uploaded the image it was supposed to be Centre and I emailed the company asking how it would print confirming it would look okay. I received the case and the logo is completely off centre from both edges. I contacted support and they didn’t want much to do with it besides offer me a small discount on another product, you would think that they might want to make sure that a logo is meant to be centre before printing especially when the customer emails and confirms to make sure it looks okay. The case that it comes with is quite thick and makes the laptop very heavy and it is just a clear piece of plastic doesn’t feel like much quality.”
