“The case I'd really good but it took 2 emails to find out when i was going to receive my order as one email said that they were told it had been shipped but they could not find it on there system so they had to send another one and the second one was sent with a tracking number which I could not track as was told I could only track it once it had been attempted to be delivered and then once it had been delivered I was not even notified to say it had been delivered”

“I have used Wrappz before so the process of choosing my design was relatively straightforward. It was good to be able to try out different text layouts and colours without having to commit to buying until I found the right combination. I think a newcomer to the site might appreciate a little more explanation of how it works upfront, rather than finding out as you go along e.g if you choose what looks like a black cover with text on, you can add your own photo to it - maybe a little video demo. The cover was delivered promptly and was exactly how I wanted it to be”

“I think WRAPPZ is overall a good shop! However I did buy a ‘phonecase’ but it wasn’t very clear that I actually bought a skin. I thought that was a type of phonecase but it was just a sticker to put on the back of my phone. Now I have to buy a clear phone case.”

“I absolutely love my phone case it’s such brilliant quality I get loads of compliments. Only thing is inside the card holder area my cards seem to fall out. Maybe if in the inside space of the card holder was leather it would make it very difficult for the cards to slip out. Other than that absolutely fantastic.”

“I went out on a limb when I ordered this, I was scared that it would come broke or wonky. Just something wrong but when I opened it I couldnt have been happier. The pictures were perfect and it’s probably the best case I’ve brought for my phone. Very happy with what I got and it came so quick! :)”
