“Very good service. Easy to order. Only problem I had was logging in to track order on the website. I couldn’t type any information and had to ask on fb for further information. Product is spot on. Delivered within a week. Can’t fault that. Would’ve been 5* had it not been for the website afterwards”

“I ordered a custom laptop skin from Wrappz and the item came crumpled and damaged. I asked for a new replacement or a refund if not possible, but Wrappz asked me to try pasting the skin onto my laptop first as it might remove the creases sustained. I tried and there were still some creases though not obviously visible but can be felt with touch easily. Hence, given that the item was not delivered in mint condition to begin with and I am not satisfied with that, I have every right to ask for a refund or replacement. Wrappz then proceeded to ignore me therafter even till now. Do not order from them, such poor customer service.”

“My phone cover didn't arrive possibly with all the postal strikes it got lost in transit. I contacted Wrappz and within a couple of days I received a replacement. Fantastic service and a fantastic product! Would definitely recommend.”

“The photos turned out great but the cutting is messed up and it doesn’t line up how it should. There is a white line at the top that means the cut was to high up.”

“Love these people. I've had various cases for different iPhones over the years and am just thrilled to be able to have my own photos on them. I like the wallet cases but wish they could be slightly stronger as I wear them out fairly quickly. Recommend the company highly.”

“Ordered a Ps5 skin, the website didn't allow you to design both sides so just sends one in plain white on a white console, then they offered me to buy a new one at 50 percent off instead of sorting the one I already paid for. Very disappointed and probably won't use again.”
