“I find it quite ironic that your sending me a “review” email yet I still have not received my phone case,I have contacted you TWICE! Using your contact form and now have rang you today,and have to leave you a message as there was no one available!!! Terrible service,I. The process of contacting Paypal for a refund on a phone I haven’t received!!”

“Ordered two items only one came. When I tried to contact for help I have NOT received any. Very upset as I have used the service a couple times and wanted to continue to do so, but now this has put me off. Still not received my item or a response or a refund! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!”

“When my case arrived it was all patchy and was not printed on properly. I a. Self employed and I would not send a product looking like this. I have attached a photo showing the lines which is due to printing error. I will not be ordering again”

“This company are extremely disappointing as they do not offer phone cases for all brands and they do not offer cases for older and cheaper phones. I am not happy as I won 50% off a case and can now not use it as I have a Samsung Galaxy J36. If this helped you please put this in for your review on Wrappz.”

“Print was good but it’s a big sticker and trying to cut it out to fit the controller is a joke it should be already done for you rather than having to do it yourself that’s what you’re paying for, waste of money both stickers went in the bin because I made a mess of trying to cut them out”

“when I went on the website I let me make my design and then when I put in my promo code the whole thing reset and I spent about an hour making it the same again and my promo code didn't even work when I put it in for the second time. don't waste your time”

“Having used Wrappz before I was confident using them again for my wife's mother's day present. Unfortunately the images on the case do not wrap around as they should and the image quality is not what it was previously. Very disappointed.”

“This company isn’t very good with issuing a refund or a exchange. I received a personalised case from this company and it was very poor quality and they wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange as they said the case was personalised. I’m glad this wasn’t a gift as I wouldn’t be able to give it to someone because of how poor quality it is.”

“Still haven’t received my phone case. This is the 2nd time this has happened after ordering from wrappz. An explanation would be good and also a refund. Your delivery process is shocking.”
