“The item that I bought has been mistakenly delivered to a local address, when it should've been an international parcel. I was given a link to follow-up the issue, but the link is not responding. https://wrappz.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/19018 I haven't been given any update about the package up to this day.”

“Printing of the case is nice but wouldn’t use case as no protection to top and bottom of my phone as case is open. Lucky I won case on McDonald’s as if I payed for it would be very disappointed as would not use it.not a good review sorry”

“To be very honest, I am not happy with how my case came out. I’m not sure if I misread something or it was the quality of the photo I uploaded but the quality was very poor and they seemed to zoom into the picture even though it was fitted perfectly on there beforehand. If anyone wants to make a personalised phone case, make sure you have a high quality photograph and it’s fitted to the standard needed.”

“I ordered after seeing the quality of the case my wife bought from wrapz. When mine arrived, the text of the monogram looked cheap, you could see the white edge of letters although it was gold coloured. Like a cheap sticker”

“never using them again ...absolute farce trying to get hold of some one to talk to about wrong order they sent out..was ringing company phone for five days ..no one answered... and emailing response was incredibly slow......thanks but no thanks wrappz... no more custom from me ever!!!!”

“I order from wrappz. I purchased a skin for a ipad, they took my money and i never received my item in the mail. Please do your research on sites like this. Dont read the made up false reviews. ITS A SCAM!! I messaged the more than a couple times no one got back to me just the same repeated automated message that doesn’t help. I call and no one answers. Its up to you if you want to take a chance. But i will never order from this site ever again. They even said that when they ship out your package you’ll be able to track it. There is no way for me to get a tracking number. Yet another one of there lies.”
