“Placed an order with Wrappz Oct 26 2021, got a shipping confirmation two days later. The website says you have to make an account to access order tracking, I made one a week later when the skin hadn’t arrived. Making an account with the email address used originally doesn’t let you see past orders from that address, so still couldn’t track the order. Reached out to customer service and didn’t get a response. Order still hasn’t arrived on Nov 5th 2021.”

“Perfect. The phone case I ordered with a portion of one of my paintings on it was better than I expected. I will see how it wears as I have only had it a few days but the look and feel of it are good and all the port holes are in the right places.”

“Ordered a case about two weeks ago and it arrived within 5 days. The quality of the case is second to none. I ordered the hard cover matte finished case this time as the one I had previously had a gloss finish and was quite slippery. I honestly can’t fault the product! If you’re in two minds about designing and ordering a case - go for it! You won’t regret it :)”

“First time I used Wrappz, was a little concerned that the cases wouldn’t be great. How wrong was I, brilliant quality of the case and the photo printing was better than I hoped for. Very happy customer will definitely purchase again and recommend. Oh and the case is the best I have ever purchased for an iPhone in the fact the front lips over the screen giving even better protection if dropped. Excellent service on every level.”

“My first time ever leaving a review, but I just don’t want other people to be as disappointed as I was. Incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic customer service. Their product came with a huge white bar at the bottom due to their confusing photo system and when I asked about this they told me this is just a result of the sublimation process. If I wanted it fixed, I would have to buy another case (it would be 50% off) and hope it doesn’t happen again I wish they had a less confusing picture layout, a quality control system, more sympathetic customer service and less of a callous attitude towards customers.”

“Nice quality for just a plastic case, I dropped my iPhone 11 the other day and it didn’t smash. Wish I chose a different design though as I’m not happy the glitter was just a photo of glitter instead of being actual glitter, would by again , just a different design”
