super l’autocollant qui n’est même pas à la bonne taille de la manette donc impossible de le mettre car cela fais des plis et un gros trou sur le côté ! et également pas jolie du tout car on ne vois pas les visages en entier

The wrap came I was very un impressed the print quality was poor the picture had lost all its brightness they sent it Matt rather than gloss so the whole picture looked very dull the company wasn’t interested in helping the cost was expensive with extortionate postage costs I have had to purchase another from a better company as I can’t use the one I purchased from wrappz I definitely won’t be using them again

My item has not arrived. The email only notes 2 of the 3 items as being dispatched over a week ago. I paid over £70 and no gifts to share. Very disappointed.

It's been weeks and weeks since I ordered my case on the McDonald's promotion . I email and they said it must have been lost in the post and they would send it again . I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT ! Thank you for your time .

No case arrived after a month, they said it had been dispatched but as it hadn’t arrived they would send another. I asked for tracking information of both the “lost” order and the new order and they said they didn’t have it. I.e. it didn’t get sent. The replacement arrived 3 days later. However the case itself has a big white patch at the top as apparently I didn’t complete the design properly. There is a pink line in the shape of a phone and pink text around the outside of the phone outline saying to fill this space. However wrappz are now saying you need to fill the entire box and not just the phone space. So what is the point in putting an outline of a phone? You’re just confusing customers!

The worst experience I ever had with Wrappz, after a full decade of satisfying service, for them to screw up so hard on my last order (September 2023), where AFTER 2 MONTHS I still have not received my skin I spent many hours working on (aside from the money spent), and all I get from the customer service is “We’re so sorry… we’ll look into it / we’ll send a new set out”, and nothing of it (NOY EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER for international buyers, cuz of the extra 2-5 euros that would cost the company), luckily, I found an alternative site in SAN DIEGO, USA (called skin-it) that provides the same service and has patents to all the same phone models, so after I’m done waiting another month for my last wrappz project to arrive, assuming I it may never arrive (13 days now since my shipping confirmation), I’ll presumably be spending an additional $50+ on a new set from skin it, but I’m never going to recommend wrappz to anybody who sees my “super case” I was supposed had finished and put together at least 6 weeks ago

I purchased a MacBook Pro custom case with my logo on it, and when I uploaded the image it was supposed to be Centre and I emailed the company asking how it would print confirming it would look okay. I received the case and the logo is completely off centre from both edges. I contacted support and they didn’t want much to do with it besides offer me a small discount on another product, you would think that they might want to make sure that a logo is meant to be centre before printing especially when the customer emails and confirms to make sure it looks okay. The case that it comes with is quite thick and makes the laptop very heavy and it is just a clear piece of plastic doesn’t feel like much quality.

The packging came all scrunched and scrached and i’ve waited for it for almost a month. I want another one for replacement.

Absolute trash. The colours rubbed off in places just by applying the product to an iPad. I have complained but over a week later I am yet to get a resolution. Avoid.

I made my order on the 17th July. When it arrived 4 weeks later, it was distorted at the top. I messaged with pictures of the distortion and I've been offered a replacement. It's now the 18th of September and Still no sign of its replacement. Things to note are that there is no shipment tracking when paying for 48-hour delivery. There is no timescale on orders anywhere on the website. I've got no way of tracking the new order. No idea as to when it will arrive.
