“My phone case I ordered was such good quality! I was worried getting a case so nice that it wouldn’t be of good quality but it is so protective! They were so pleasant to deal with aswell as I had ordered the wrong case without realising! Would highly recommend ordering from them!”

“Bought a custom phone case for my galaxy s20FE (custom s20FE cases are hard to find!). I was a bit concerned because it was being produced in England and might take a while, but it didn't. They created it within a day, shipped immediately to the States, and I got it in half the time as one of the US companies I usually use. Quality is great, nice printing, very nice job. I ordered a second!”

“Awful. My order was wrong. When I spoke to customer service to correct it they accused me of making the mistake. When I had proof that it wasn’t my mistake, the company said they would send a replacement. I’ve yet to receive it so I’m unsure if it will be correct. Bare in mind, I have no problem with incorrect orders, these things happen. My problem is that throughout this, I’ve had no apology, rude, snippy responses and I’ve had to chase them. I’m absolutely disgusted in how I’ve been treated by the customer service dept and will not be shopping with Wrapz again.”

“I have used Wrappz before for my phone cases and I have come back to buy the tough case. It’s a super practical case since you can take off the outer shell and only use the rubber lining as a case. It’s not too bulky, feels great in hand and the print quality is great.”
