“Ordered on the 15th of may and have yet to receive my package, also never could track it or nothing kind of upset and still waiting on my order and if it does come I probably won’t order from here again because they are horrible at giving you information about your package”

“I am appalled by wrappz i have keft plenty of emails in regards to my order i have not even recieved my order yet im getting emails to leave reviews about a product i have not yet recived not had my money back either sure to say A ABSOLUTE JOKE AVOID AT ALL COST THISWAS A GIFT I ORDERED FOR MY BROTHER ITS BEEN MORE THEN 2 MONTHS I ORDERED AND NO ONE REPLY TO MY EMAILS A MESS AND A JOKE”

“Good point first, it was delivered on the day specified so well done for that. The phone case however is cheap & nasty. If I had of seen it prior to buying it then there is no way I would gone through with the purchase. To make matters worse the design hasn't been put on straight. Why wasn't it coloured all the way to the sides instead of just a strip (that isn't straight) down the middle ? Poor quality all round & I've just wasted £17.90 so thanks for that !!”

“The quality of the images was fine but the sticker fit was very poor around the edges. I would give the product 3 stars however the lack of communication through customer service through the contact us option was so unbelievably rude that I have not been contacted in reply to any of my three messages which is why I am giving this a 1 star.”

“DONT USE THEM...charge a small fortune for there items.. yet don’t sent first class or recorded.. placed order on 28/4/20 it’s now 10/05/20 still no sign of arrival an customer service is all over shop no help don’t answer questions just go around it with generic chat”

“The item that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the item I designed, and which was confirmed on my order confirmation. Appreciate this isn’t the most important thing in the world right now, but I have sent Wrappz a message about this, and 6 days later am yet to receive even an acknowledgment, let alone a response. Based on my experience I would order elsewhere.”

“Really dissapointed in the service and customer interaction. Numerous contact us emails without any real communication even after several requests to speak to someone on the telephone. Then after at least 2/3 months asked to pay more to re-deliver. Paid it and blanket still not here. Wouldn’t order off your again and certainly wouldn’t recommend you to anyone.”
