“Delivery took 3 weeks. Did not reply to any emails and cover was too small”

“The product was absolutely lovely, that wasn’t my issue, my issue was the fact that I was told I’d be given a confirmation email after my purchase of which I didn’t receive even though you had my correct email address as you have sent me emails since I have received the product, so after a week of several emails and contacting you directly the case came, but there was still no response to any of my emails. I was getting very concerned about the whereabouts of my product as no replies were sent to me and the money had been taken. But the item was lovely when it came, just very poor communication services.”

“I ordered a laptop skin and phone case. Once I placed my order I sent a email afterwards asking for black backgrounds, I didn’t hear anything back and once I received my items I was very disappointed. The phone case was great quality and very solid. The printing on it how ever was bent. And had a white back ground not black like I asked. The laptop skin was also white after I asked for it to be black and it was too big for my laptop (I selected the correct size?!) very disappointing...”

“Reasonably quick service, but I received no communications at all....no receipt or acceptance of payment; no estimated delivery time or tracking number etc. The picture I uploaded and its background were not printed centrally on the phone case.”

“On placing the order, i did not receieve the confirmation email i was told would arrive. I followed this up the following day by contacting your support team, to which i got no reply. 3 days later i followed up by email, and once again i got no reply. During this time i rang the number on the website numerous times but the phone was never picked up. I assumed after being ignored the product would never arrive so i went out and bought a new phone case only to find a few days later your case arrived, despite not receiving a single reply to any of my correspondance. The phone case i received is actually great and worth every penny but for the readons set out i will not be using you again.”

“Waited nearly a month for the order to arrive - only got a 50% off voucher for another order - not sure I will be using again! When it did the item has an imperfection bottom centre in photograph which cannot be removed by cleaning. It does not fit the paperwhite exactly correctly.”

“Great personalisation. Only floor is it doesn’t protect the phone at the top or bottom! I’ve found out the hard way so am pretty disappointed! Now my phone has dents at the bottom and scratches to the top!”

“I have ordered previously a few times with no issue. On this occasion I placed two separate orders for phone cases and one took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive whilst the other took 3 weeks. What made things worse was that I phoned for an update after 9 days and was advised that the cases were being sent on that day. When chasing up by email later on that week I was advised that they had not been sent out yet but would be sent on the Saturday but they were actually posted on the Monday. I suggested next day delivery would be appropriate due to the delay but there was no response. Disappointing experience on this occasion.”

“I didn’t upload correctly, but they still printed and sent out my phone case, when I contacted them they said they do everything automatically and dont see the products before producing, I asked what they would do about it and they offered 50% off my next purchase. As if I would buy again. The item should have been inspected once it was produced, they would have realised it didn’t print properly and they should have gotten in touch with me to get a new photo. Diane”

“The colouring of the print on the washbag is very poor and does not reflect the true colours of the photo. It's very yellow. Very disappointed. 2 stars as I like the style of the bag.”

“Had to wait over 3 weeks to receive my purchase. If not tried to contact them, I think they will just forget my order. I tried ringing the customer service but they did not answer, and so I tried to email them instead but still with no answer. Not even a courtesy that they have received my email. Eventually received the item but I have not used it yet. Although, the printed iPhone skin looks okay. Hope they will improve their communication and logistic service.”
