“Very good service and fast delivery,however It was suggested that we ask the AI bot for a better deal,which I did,my item was rounded off to £75.00 and was given a discount,great,but it didn't work,so I still ended up paying the asking price,but still cheaper than most sites I checked out.For that reason,I've knocked a star off.Sorry guys.”

“Very satisfied with the service and product but it took 6 days for Royal Mail to deliver the item! I suggest you consider changing your postage carrier as this was very inconvenient, having expected it in 3 days and it missed my Daughter in Laws Birthday. I would have given 5 stars if not for this problem.”

“I purchased a zen sanctuary diffuser using your tracking postal service. I was so pleased with the delivery service that took 4 days to arrive. A couple of days later I put a order in for the same item paying the tracking service £1.00 less since that order the item has been with the courier since last Thursday, for what reason I am not too happy ( Evri) the courier company I find very very poor in a service that delivers.All I can say is pay that extra £1.00 to get the item or items. I do hope WOWooO, act on this poor service as a customer and a company who are getting let down. I might get my item before Christmas see what happens, have a nice day. P.MURTAGH.”
