“Easy to order, quick delivery, unfortunately the item wa faulty so had to be returned. Communication was good. This was a quick process just ashame to have to do so.”

I am pleased that it arrived promptly. Some stock we fulfil from our own warehouse, and some from Amazon fulfilment centres. With the current Royal Mail strikes we are finding this is the most reliable solution. However, please note that you are still purchasing our stock from us, Amazon is only involved in the delivery.

“Everything arrived as expected. My only issue was I didn’t receive a dispatch email or order email and as this was a company I’d not ordered from before I wasn’t 100% sure everything was above board.”

I'm pleased to hear your order arrived on time. An order confirmation email and a despatch email with a tracking number were sent. I have checked the system and the email address looks correct. They may have gone to your junk folder?

“This is my first time of ordering from WOWooo. The ordering process was easy enough and the website easy to use . I have had to contact them and I found my reply came through slowly but I think this was just due to the fact it was near to the Xmas holidays . Iv contacted them again and I’m waiting for a reply but again the delay could be with the holiday season so I will give them the benefit of the doubt . I love the lights I ordered but one of them has a fault and is not working properly so this is my reason I’m waiting for a reply to my message . I will have a better idea of how good customer service support is after I receive their reply .”

“Didn't realise I was ordering from amazon, very surprised when it came straight from them. I could of just ordered from my Amazon account. Was the same price with postage. It also had a broken bit, stuck it on with cellotape. Disappointing.”

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the purchase. You bought from WOWooO, some of our items are fulfilled from our stock in Amazon. There are several advantages of buying through our website though, including discounts for multiple items, accurate descriptions, our prices are usually cheaper, and we provide customer service. “The company is great, the contact, delivery information & speed etc was more than acceptable. However, the item I ordered looked amazing in the picture but when it arrived, I couldn’t be more disappointed as it is cheap & flimsy. All the glued on glitter had come off and it was just very poor quality.”

I sorry to hear you are disappointed the plush didn't come in a gift box. We do have some Steiff gift boxes and if you contact us we can arrange to send you one. Steiff do not generally supply their items in a gift box and where they do we specify that in the description. However it would make sense for us to offer them as an option and we'll look to do so in the future. Best regards Robin
