Hi, I am sorry about that. We try to keep our website pricing stable and always good value. However, prices do fluctuate from time to time since we keep an eye on the market to ensure we're always the best choice. I completely understand that if you purchase a product and shortly after it is reduced, especially when you have recommended it to a friend, that would be very upsetting! In this particular case, it is the first time the price has changed in 6 months and we lowered our price to price match a competitor's sale (although I don't expect it to remain at this price for long since it is not sustainable). We really don't want unhappy customers and if you have an issue please just contact us and we'll do what we can to fix it. I'll refund you the difference between the old and new price (it went from £82.99 to £71.95, the additional cost was the Express Shipping). Best regards Robin

“I wasn’t sure about wowooo as I hadn’t heard of it before but the price offered for the swissgold coffee filter was very good and free delivery so thought I would give it a go. I was delighted when two days later it arrived and was exactly what I ordered so I ordered another one for my niece soon after. I can’t recommend wowooo enough and the swissgold filter is a brilliant piece of kit. Very happy.”

Thank you for the great review! We've been around for 15 years, but our current website a is much newer than that so I'm not surprised you haven't heard of us. We are probably the main seller of Swissgold coffee filters in the UK, it is one of my favourite products I use every day, and they last for years! Best regards Robin

“Extremely impressed, easy to navigate website and delivery was quick. Only issue was the description that the sunglasses were purple frames, but they're definitely navy in real life.”
