“Excellent service and communication. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend WOWooO. Delighted with the item. Delivery a day later than advised and nodody could be in on the day to receive it. Royal Mail ended up leaving it in a place where it could have got wet if it had rained (luckily it was dry that day).”

“I have been trying to contact them in regards to my purchase as the teddy looked bigger in the photo but was small when I received it so I tried to contact them to return it and be refunded but iv had no response and I'm unable to contact them, no address has been given in order to retyrn it and recive a refund”

Our email address is hello@wowooo.com and phone number is 0330 6600 969. This along with our Returns Information is linked to in the footer on every page of the website and under the Info menu. We always aim to respond within 1 working day. Occasionally email ends up in the spam folder, as was the case with the one email sent here, so if you haven't had a reply please email again, or ideally call us. The main photos of products on a white background have no scale, so when available we publish additional lifestyle photos that indicate size. We also provide measurements on products in the listing details. It is always worth checking these when buying anything based on a picture.
