“Most competitively priced and product was sent promptly. I ordered a Steiff Teddy for our new granddaughter who was born on 20 December & Wowoo were only online company I could find who could guarantee delivery before Christmas. Despite postal strikes the bear arrived on 23 December. I would definitely recommend this company.”

The Lemax item you ordered is battery-powered and compatible with the Lemax power supply. It doesn't come with a power supply though (this is in the description, in the 'Specs' tab). The Lemax items with "Battery (4.5V)" in the description are all like this. The title will include "With 4.5V Adaptor" if it comes with a power supply. I hope that helps.

“My children were really looking forward to receiving this as our previous fibre optic Christmas house had stopped working. However the portents weren’t looking good as the box the house came in and as well as the box containing the house were damaged. We were really disappointed with it and will be returning it. However this is not a bad reflection on WOwooO as all of this was outside of their control.”

“it was a most pleasant experience to shop with you. however, the royal mail delivery was terrible, they threw the package onto a heap of dried leaves (hedgehog overwintering) with a message online ‘left in a safe place’. where was this supposed to be? if i did not by accident see this brown box on brown leaves exposed to rain on the side of the house i would have had to report the box as not delivered to you.”
