The item ordered was a Grade C Warehouse second. This was described in the title and the description and it was heavily discounted because of this. The item, a string of reindeer, was fully functioning but one of the reindeer's legs was missing. Because of this the item was half price. The issue was in bold red text at the top of the description. The title started 'Grade C Warehouse Second'. I'm sorry that you did not see this or realise what it meant, you can of course return it.

“I can only say my experience has been really good . One part was faulty and that has been replaced . The other part I incorrectly ordered the wrong product and this is all being replaced. Free return postage as well”

“Good price and on other sites I would have had to pay postage and packing but because my purchase was over £30 p & p was free with WOWooO was free. Delivery was prompt too and I was notified when to expect it. Contents were well packed/protected. I will definitely use WOWooO again 😀👍”
