“I received a message from Paypal stating that a new device using Linux software accessed my Paypal account when authorising or processing my order with you. They advised me to remove the device from my paypal device list and to update my password. Can you please provide an explanation of why you accessed my account. This has never occurred before.”

“I was advised that my delivery would be on Monday but on Sunday evening at approximately 7pm there was a ring on my doorbell. I went to the door and shouted who is it and could not see anyone through the glass panels so as I live alone did not answer door as was not expecting anything until Monday. When I opened the door on Monday there was my parcel quite wet and damp and had been there all night. It could have easily been taken. Not very impressed with whoever you use for deliveries Pat Bukin”
