“I have been trying to contact them in regards to my purchase as the teddy looked bigger in the photo but was small when I received it so I tried to contact them to return it and be refunded but iv had no response and I'm unable to contact them, no address has been given in order to retyrn it and recive a refund”

Our email address is hello@wowooo.com and phone number is 0330 6600 969. This along with our Returns Information is linked to in the footer on every page of the website and under the Info menu. We always aim to respond within 1 working day. Occasionally email ends up in the spam folder, as was the case with the one email sent here, so if you haven't had a reply please email again, or ideally call us. The main photos of products on a white background have no scale, so when available we publish additional lifestyle photos that indicate size. We also provide measurements on products in the listing details. It is always worth checking these when buying anything based on a picture.

“First time I’ve used WOWooO, item delivered next day with tracking info updated. Perhaps some bigger retailers (M&S) should look and learn about great customer service. Don’t be afraid to use these guys because they aren’t a high street name. Keep up the great work and thank you.”

“Really pleased with the rockets and especially Wowooo for customer services. One of the rockets had a missing part. They replied to my email within 30 minutes and I had a new rocket with me by the following day. Can't ask for more than that!”

“Great service and communication! I wanted a product from the original product website and they had run out. I saw the same product (different size) on WOWooO and wasn't sure but I'm so glad I ordered! I'm grateful for the water bottle too. I never drink enough water and this has got me on track!
