“I had a terrible experience with a company that seemed more interested in making money than helping their customers. The instructions for redeeming the voucher were unclear, and they focused more on getting me to sign up for cashback offers. During the busy holiday period, I missed the redemption date, and they refused to assist me. Even after escalating the issue and explaining that the products were still available at the same price, they wouldn’t issue a new code, simply stating that I had missed the deadline. I also realized that the manufacturer wouldn’t receive any of the money, so Wowcher has lost me as a customer over ÂŁ16.99. I won’t be dealing with this horrible company again.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
