“Ordered and came the following day. Delivered by DPD so no damage!!! Company came recommended by my son and wasn't disappointed in the speed of delivery and price. Love the BBQ good features easy to use. Looking forward to slow cooking a nice piece of rare breed pork.”

“Nice clear website. Lots of information. Competitive prices. After making the purchase the email updates were regular and informative and despite ordering on a Friday and not expecting the item to arrive till Monday it was with me the next day. Will be using again to buy accessories for my new BBQ.”

Dear Roger, I want to reiterate that at the very beginning of our call (and all calls) you were greeted you professionally. You must not have heard this and instead went on a tirade of your experience of being a company director and how this was not good enough. To be honest, it took me aback and the call still sits fresh in my memory. You called to report a damaged leg. Unfortunately this does happen but the good thing is that we are well equipped to resolve this. As is standard, we require a photo but you were unable to provide this - no problem, we figured out what leg was damaged and I can already see that this has been delivered to you. 1 Star seems harsh. You must have ran a very tight ship at your company. Kudos to you, sir! If you need further assistance, please let us know.

“Good quick service. Guy I spoke to wasn't quite up to speed with Weber part numbers but eventually found an online parts diagram. Would be better if wow bbq also listed Weber part numbers. I needed a spark igniter for a E310. Overall good, quick dispatch. Item was well packed and the install instructions were good. Some ambiguous bits but ok overall. Job took about 30 mins to change the igniter.”
