“Next day delivery, I thought it was a joke since I live in a remote seaside town, but no they did it. This Weber Genesis is SICK ! What a beast, getting meat cooked exactly as I want to while I track the temperature from the comfort of the lounge”

“Friendly and helpful on the phone before purchase as I need to narrow down the right part number. Arrived exceptionally fast after ordering - next day I think. Price was fantastic. The flavorizer bars I wanted were at Weber 2016 prices (last time I changed them). Much cheaper than they are now. Genuine parts too.”

“Item was delivered within 24 hours or order. Delivered on a pallet, but driver managed out gravel drive to leave it expertly in a great location. Love the Weber Smokefire BBQ, but do note when they say minor assembly required, it is not minor. It took me the better part of a day to construct. Great quality product once finished though. Worked perfectly first time.”

“After buying the Weber 57cm Master Touch from WOWBBQ, I had to make sure I had some fuel for it. So I returned to get some Weber coal and wood. Both orders were delivered faster than they stated that they would. I had a missing bolt with the BBQ which I contacted WOWBBQ about and not only did they arrange for the bolt to be sent out to me, they assured me that the BBQ was still ok for use. The customer service agent was extremely professional, friendly and above else, seemed to genuinely care. With Father’s Fay coming up, I’ve already given my wife a list of items I’d like… now I’m just hoping she is as helpful as WOWBBQ.”

“Although the bbq arrived with a damaged component, it was resolved quickly (on a Sunday) and a replacement dispatched with no requirement to send the defective piece back. Good service.”
