“Easy site to navigate and purchase. Bbq arrived in good time and well packaged. Didn't take long to assemble and looks decent. If I wanted to moan about one thing it would be the 13mm nuts are awful so come on webber and add good quality nuts to a good quality product.”

“They delivered the BBQ to the pavement outside my house. My pregnant wife asked them to bring in the 150kg pallet and they refused. She had to unpack the whole BBQ and get a neighbour to help carry it inside. It is ridiculous to expect anyone to be able to get 150kg into the house let alone a pregnant lady. Further to this, we are on the ground floor. It would have been very easy to help.”

“Items ordered arrived quickly and well packed, so thanks. The Weber BBQ cover is a bit more lightweight than the old one it replaces, so that's slightly disappointing but not a problem. I haven't used the brush yet, but it looks like it will be ok.”

“Very good company, price for my webber barbeque was best on internet. The delivery was very quick and the driver manoovered the pallet to where I asked on driveway. The item was very well packaged, with no damage I certainly will be returning, to purchase any items, which my son and daughter tell me are essentials for the Webber barbeque”

“Great communication from WOWBBQ and I'm very pleased with the product. I removed one star for the performance of the courier, I received no communication from them. I had to call WOW for the tracking number and didn't receive a call to inform me that they were on their way.”
