“I called WOWBBQ for help with some replacement parts required for my Weber gas grill. The person that I spoke with in Customer Services was extremely helpful.. really going "above and beyond". With his assistance, I was able to order a better solution .. parts which were available at short notice. Within 24 hours from contacting WOWBBQ, the parts were delivered to my home.. enabling me to fix my grill in time for the weekend. For me good customer service is the most important aspect of any purchase... and for this reason, I would recommend anyone looking for a new gas grill.. or spare parts .. to contact WOWBBQ.”
