“Excellent service, (i) delayed sending the barbercue out as I would not be at home for a few days, and (ii) responded immediately and without fuss or hesitation when I phoned to say that a thermometer was missing. Thank you”

“BBQ not yet used but very happy with WOW! Prices were competitive, delivery quick and well communicated, and a slight error with the BBQ lid (I suspect a Weber packing error as opposed to WOW) solved quickly with great customer service from WOW. Would definitely recommend to others and use again”

“After struggling to find my ‘happy place ‘ cooking on a standard bbq, I cannot believe the difference the Weber bbq makes. From delivery to assembly, fast and effortless. Using the Weber is so straight forward and the results are delicious!!. Only regret is that I didn’t invest in one sooner. Highly recommend!!”

“I don’t normally write reviews but the bbq I purchased is not great it’s wobbly and the lid is off set my last Webber bbq without hinged lid is stable sturdy and doesn’t look as though it’ll fall over with a breath of fresh air. Just a tad disappointed 😔”
