“You were good, but royal mail let you down. They left it on the door step and left. £60 worth of goods waiting to be stolen. That's not what they are meant to do. The instructions were to ring the bell, where someone would be in to receive it. If I were you, I'll follow this up with them or find new distributor for your goods.”
